Aged basmati for biryani
Rice aged for a year or more has less moisture, so it elongates more and stays separate - ideal for biryani and festive pulao.
Classic basmati for everyday cooking
For jeera rice or dal-chawal, a classic basmati offers aroma and length at a friendlier price.
Cooking tips
- Rinse 3–4 times until the water runs clear.
- Soak for 30 minutes.
- Use about 1 : 1.75 rice to water for absorption cooking.
- Rest for 10 minutes before fluffing with a fork.
