These terms apply to your use of the Bedi Agro Mart website and to every order you place with us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.
Products and prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- We make every effort to show products, weights and prices accurately. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it.
- Product images are for illustration; natural products can vary slightly in colour and appearance between harvests.
- Stock is limited and orders are accepted subject to availability.
Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed when we accept it and, for online payments, when payment has been verified.
- Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never store your card or UPI credentials.
- We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or unavailable stock, with a full refund of any amount paid.
Coupons
Coupons have their own conditions (minimum order value, validity period and usage limits) shown when you apply them. Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and only one coupon can be used per order.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Sirsa, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
