We want your groceries to reach you fresh, sealed and on time. This policy explains how delivery works at Bedi Agro Mart.
Delivery charges
- Orders with a value of ₹999 or more (after discounts) are delivered free.
- Orders below that amount carry a delivery charge of ₹49, shown in your cart before you pay.
Delivery time
Most orders are delivered within 3 working days of confirmation. The expected delivery date is shown on your order confirmation, in your account and on the Track Order page. Remote PIN codes, public holidays and severe weather can occasionally add a day or two - we will keep you informed.
Order tracking
You can follow every stage of your order - Placed, Confirmed, Packed, Shipped, Out for Delivery and Delivered - on the Track Order page using your order number and the mobile number or email you used at checkout. When your parcel is handed to a courier we add the courier name and tracking ID.
Receiving your order
- Please check that the outer packaging is sealed and undamaged when you receive it.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, please keep the exact amount ready (cash or UPI).
- If nobody is available, our delivery partner will try to contact you on the mobile number provided.
