Orders & Delivery
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Every order above ₹999 is delivered free. Orders below that carry a delivery charge of ₹49.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 3 working days. You will see the expected delivery date on your order and tracking page.
How can I track my order?
Open the Track Order page and enter your order number (for example BAM100001) with the mobile number or email you used at checkout. Signed-in customers can also see every order under My Account.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel from My Account while the order is still Pending or Confirmed. Once it is packed, please contact us on WhatsApp and we will help.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery and secure online payment through Razorpay - UPI, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard and net banking.
Is online payment safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details, and every payment is verified on our server before an order is marked paid.
My payment failed but money was deducted. What now?
If the bank debited your account but the payment did not complete, the amount is automatically reversed by your bank, usually within 5-7 working days. You can retry the payment or switch to Cash on Delivery from the payment page.
Products & Quality
Are your products pure and natural?
We source directly from trusted farmers and mills, and pack every product hygienically. Product pages list ingredients and specifications so you know exactly what you are buying.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging. We will replace it or refund you - see our Returns & Refunds policy.
